Security Clearances

C U CLEAR provides expert and quantifiable results in the field of federal background investigations and its relationship to national security matters. We are also a creditable source in fully understanding the clearance pipeline and adjudication process for all Single Scope Background Investigations and Periodic Reviews. A security clearance investigation focuses on an individual’s character, allegiance, foreign influence/preference, criminal sexual behavior, personal conduct, finances, drug and alcohol abuse, mental health, known and unknown criminal activities, prior security violations, misuse of information technology and outside activities with an emphasis on such factors as honesty and trustworthiness. All investigations consist of national records and credit checks. All investigations and candidates will be based on the whole person concept as they pertain to National Security Positions involving public trust and governmental secrecy. 

C U CLEAR consults and conducts all levels of investigations to include subject interviews, positions requiring access to Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) and/or a Special Access Programs (SAP). All candidates will be interviewed by C U CLEAR personnel who are certified and credentialed Background Investigators under contract with the federal government. Our investigators thoroughly verifies all data on the SF 86 and conduct SCI screening interviews to ensure candidates meet security clearance and/or SAP suitability standards. A Report of Investigation with findings citing favorable or non-favorable issues found during the course of the investigation is provided to our clients for your due diligence. All recommendations provided by C U CLEAR will be made after objective and careful consideration of all information provided during interviews and as directed by federal guidelines.
