Psychological Screenings 

Our professional psychological screenings are offered to assess suitability for any position of trust that requires  human reliability. The screening will consist of a psychological test that will be scored, analyzed, and interpreted by a licensed Clinical Psychologist.

The method used will provide a unique perspective of the applicant's overall functioning. Unlike most personality assessments, which include either pathology-oriented scales or normal personality scales, our evaluation includes both. The sixteen primary scales produce an in-depth picture of the applicant's normal personality. An additional twelve scales provide a quick screen for pathology-oriented behavioral characteristics. The combination of both domains are seamlessly integrated into one easy to read report that will ensure you are hiring the right person for your vacant position.
